The Houston Chronicle today, written by Philip P. Pan, has told us that "Moscow has totally cut off deliveries during a bitter cold snap as the dispute intensifies." "With it's economy in deep trouble, Ukraine has little to lose by using its control of European fuel shipments to resist Russia's demand for a price hike. By contrast, Russia is suffering huge losses in immediate gas revenue and enormous damage to its reputation as an energy partner seeking European investment." We pity those Europeans without fuel during this cold snap.

The Russian Government have involved Europe into what is just a domestic squabble with the Ukraine. Seems to have been a lot of childish behavior in the past year.
